Refund Policy
Short version: Our reports (AI Visibility Audit $49, GEO Fix Pack $79, Bundle $99) are digital products delivered instantly, so we don't offer change-of-mind refunds once a report has been generated. But if the report never arrives, fails to generate, or is clearly not what was promised, email us at Hello@Krynta.com within 14 days of purchase and we'll make it right — refund, replacement, or both. Your rights under the Australian Consumer Law are not limited by this policy.
1. Why our default is "no change-of-mind refunds"
Your report is generated on demand the moment you pay. We incur model and infrastructure costs immediately, and the report is delivered to your inbox within minutes. Because it is a custom-generated digital good consumed at the moment of delivery, we do not offer refunds simply because you changed your mind after reading it.
By proceeding to checkout you acknowledge that the report is delivered immediately and that you are waiving any cooling-off period that might otherwise apply to digital goods, to the extent that such a waiver is permitted by law.
2. When we do refund
We will fully refund or regenerate your report if any of the following apply:
- You never received it. The email didn't arrive and we can't deliver a working report link within 48 hours of you contacting us.
- The report failed to generate. The page shows an error, is blank, or contains a broken JSON output.
- The report is generic. It references no aspect of your actual business or website (for example, because your URL was unreachable or heavily JavaScript-rendered and we couldn't extract any content).
- Duplicate purchase. You were charged twice for the same session in error.
In these cases, we will either refund in full to your original payment method or regenerate the report — your choice.
3. How to request a refund
- Email Hello@Krynta.com within 14 days of your purchase.
- Include the email address you used at checkout and, if you have it, the session ID from the report URL or the Stripe receipt.
- Tell us briefly what happened.
We will respond within 2 business days. Approved refunds are processed by Stripe and typically appear on your statement within 5–10 business days.
4. Your Australian Consumer Law rights
Nothing in this policy excludes or limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a refund, replacement or repair if a product has a major failure — one that causes the product to be substantially different from what you paid for, or that a reasonable consumer would not have accepted if they had known about it.
This policy sits on top of those rights, not instead of them.
5. Chargebacks
If you believe there is an issue with your purchase, please contact us first. Chargebacks filed before contacting us make it harder to resolve the problem quickly, and repeat fraudulent chargebacks may result in us declining future orders from the same payment method.
