Terms of Service

Last updated: 1 May 2026

These Terms govern your use of the website at krynta.com (the "Site") and the report services (the "Service") operated by Krynta, ABN 19 675 134 117 ("we", "us", "our"). By using the Site or purchasing a report, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. What we provide

The Service generates personalised reports based on a website URL you provide and answers you give to a short set of questions. Reports are produced using large language models and publicly available information from your website, and are delivered digitally — typically within 1–2 minutes of payment.

We currently offer:

A free Visibility teaser is also available without payment. All purchases are one-off — there is no subscription, no auto-renewal, and no recurring charge.

2. Who can use the Service

You must be at least 18 years old and have authority to enter into these Terms on behalf of yourself or the business you represent. You agree to provide accurate information — in particular, a URL you are authorised to submit and a valid email address to receive the report.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

We use rate limiting and may block abusive traffic without notice.

4. Nature of the report (important)

Reports are AI-generated. They are intended as a starting point for your own thinking — not as professional, legal, financial, accounting, medical, or technical advice. Large language models can produce inaccurate, incomplete, biased, or outdated information ("hallucinations"). You are responsible for verifying any recommendation, statistic, tool, or claim in the report before acting on it.

Specifically, we make no guarantee or warranty that:

The visibility scores, competitor comparisons and projected lifts shown on the Site and in reports are illustrative model outputs, not promises of results.

5. Payment

Payments are processed by Stripe. Prices on the Site are in Australian dollars (AUD) and are inclusive of GST where applicable. By completing checkout you authorise Stripe to charge your nominated payment method for the amount shown. We do not store full card numbers — only a payment confirmation and the email you provided. A tax-compliant receipt is issued by Stripe to that email.

6. Refunds

Because the report is a digital product delivered immediately, we do not offer change-of-mind refunds once the report has been generated. We do honour our obligations under the Australian Consumer Law, including where a report fails to be delivered or materially fails to be what was described. See our Refund Policy for full details.

7. Intellectual property

The Site, its design, and the underlying code are owned by us. When you purchase a report, you receive a licence to use the report for your own business, internally. You may share it with your staff, advisors and contractors. You may not resell it or publish it in full as standalone content on a commercial platform.

8. Privacy

We handle your information as described in our Privacy Policy.

9. Availability and changes

We aim for the Service to be available at all times but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may update the Service, pricing or these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date.

10. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total aggregate liability to you in connection with the Service — whether in contract, tort (including negligence), under statute or otherwise — is limited to the amount you paid us for the most recent report giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, special or incidental loss, including loss of profit, revenue, business opportunity, goodwill or data, or for any decision made or action taken in reliance on a report.

Where the Australian Consumer Law (or any other law) implies a guarantee that cannot be excluded, our liability for breach of that guarantee is, at our option, limited to re-supplying the Service or refunding the price paid. Nothing in these Terms excludes, restricts or modifies any consumer right that cannot be lawfully excluded.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia. You and we submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of that State.
